Every baker worth their sugar should have a chocolate chip cookie recipe in their repertoire that they know by heart. And every baker should believe that the recipe is, hands down, the best.
I began my quest of perfecting the ubiquitous chocolate chip cookie a few years ago after realizing most Triple C’s were, shall we say, bland with a capital BLAH! So, channeling my inner Phoebe Buffet’s great grandmother, Nestlé Toulouse, I fired up the stand-mixer a few hundred times and went to work.
To spare you all the details of what I did wrong I will simply focus on what I did right to arrive at the world’s best Triple C!
