There are some exciting things happening here at BITYMI. The website has undergone continuous tinkering since the blog was launched two months ago. Because of that there has been very little writing on the site as far as baking content.
But that is about to change! Four key things are happening within the next few months:
1) The blog will be updated three to seven times a week with baking (and cooking) and a little political content.
2) The Tip of the Day will be a mixed media blog that will not necessarily be daily (probably two or three tips a week is more like it) but will feature both video and written tips for baking, cooking and living well.
3) BITYMI TV will feature how-to videos and interviews with various bakers and chefs in the NYC area.
4) And the most exciting thing about BITYMI is that starting mid-summer we will launch the BITMI Bakery Review featuring reviews of bakeries in the New York City area (and later, other cities). The bakeries will be awarded up to four “Gold Whisks” based on a number of criteria (Watch your back, Zagat!).
